Noah developments and construction firm CCG have unwrapped a terrace of six contemporary townhouses in Glasgow’s West End, including a renovated clubhouse for Partickhill Bowling Club.

Hillside Gardens Lane has been designed by Hoskins Architects to complement the conservation area with a series of three storey homes set amidst private landscaped gardens and open views across a bowling green.

Noah managing director Paul Winocour said: "We are extremely delighted with the finished development at Hillside Gardens Lane - the design, the quality of build and the fact that all the houses were sold off plan is another success story for our varied portfolio of work”.

Built at CCG’s off-site manufacturing facility in Cambuslang the timber frame properties benefit from an energy efficient design with large vertical openings and deep reveals echoing surrounding tenements.
